• $20.00 for a personal membership
• $36.00 for an institutional membership which includes one designated
  person.

If your institution needs an official invoice, please contact the Membership Chair, Ronda Rose at rfrose@sbcglobal.net. 

By payment of dues, AJLSC members agree that their photos, taken occasionally at
meetings or events, may be posted on the AJLSC website. If not, please include a note
with this form.
